Introduction
Quad Bike Dubai puts you solo on a Yamaha Raptor 700cc, straddling the throttle yourself rather than sharing a roll-caged buggy. It's the most direct way to feel the Red Dunes of Al Badayer — lighter, quicker to turn, and entirely in your own hands from the first dune to the last.
Red Desert Motorcycles Rental runs quad bike tours on the same licensed, guided model as our Dune Buggy Dubai tours: a briefing, a lead guide, a fixed convoy pace, and a fleet that's inspected before every departure.
Tour overview
After a 15-minute briefing on throttle control, braking, and hand signals, you'll join a guided ATV convoy of up to 8 riders across Al Badayer's dune field. The route includes flatter warm-up sections before working up to steeper dune faces, with a stop for photos midway.

Meeting point
Self-drive guests meet our team at the Red Desert base camp at Al Badayer Desert, Sharjah — full directions and map on our contact page. Hotel pickup guests are collected directly from their lobby.
What to wear
Closed-toe shoes, long trousers, and light long sleeves. Sunglasses help before goggles go on. Tie back long hair and leave valuables at base camp.
Why choose this tour
If you want to ride solo rather than share a buggy, Quad Bike Dubai is the answer — same red dunes, same licensed safety standard, but the throttle is entirely yours. It's also our most affordable Al Badayer experience.
Frequently asked questions
No — standard guided ATV tours don't require a driving license.
Riders must be 16+ (with guardian consent under 18). There's no passenger seat on the Raptor 700cc — every rider drives solo.
Yes — see our Buggy & Quad Bike Combo package for both experiences in one day.
It requires a bit more physical balance since there's no roll cage or harness, but our guides keep beginner convoys at an easy pace.
